These are a pair of 100% brand new tail lights made by OEM approved & ISO certified manufacturers that has over 10 years lighting manufacturing experience. For style enhancement purpose, these tail lights are excellent, they are able to add more style to your vehicle and gives your vehicle an outstanding look on the street. If your stock light's are broken or color faded out, these lights are good for repairing purpose too, because you can compare the price of our products with the OEM parts, you will find out that our products are more affoardable and more stylish.

Installation is easy, all wiring for the tail lights are pre-assembled for essential plug and play application. Please apply stock light bulbs for installation if light bulbs are not included in the package.

• Courier company: UPS or USPS (depending on location and item size).  Tracking num will be provided in most cases, except small shipment with USPS airmail to foreign countries. 
• We will ship items over 5 lbs with UPS  to U.S. domestic areas and Canada.  Buyers outside U.S. (except Canada) are responsible for any brokerage's fee charged by UPS.
• We will ship small-size items with USPS.  If you are located in HI, AK, PR, GU, VI or foreign countries, or you want the item to be sent to PO box, APO or FPO addresses, we have to ship it with USPS regardless the item size, and extra shipping and handling fee will be charged for above areas.  We will also use USPS first class International or USPS Propriety International to ship the item to Canada or oversea if item is under 5 lbs, and no tracking num is available for this service.
• We use UPS International Ground service to ship items over 5 lbs to Canada.  Unlike other seller, we pre-pay all custom charge and brokerage fee for our customers, and the price you paid is all you need to pay for the item to reach your front door.  Our service is faster than other service because for other seller,  UPS needs to wait till you pay for the custom charge so that they can get the item released, but since we have already paid for the custom, so you do not need to wait.
• We will ship items over 5 lbs to foreign countries (except Canada) with UPS service which takes 7-15 business days for delivery.  The shipping fee for international depends on the zone you are located in.  Please go to the shipping calculator and choose your country and get a shipping quote.  This quote is the same amount in our checkout profile, so when you checkout, the same amount will be charged. • Payment must be finalized within 10 days after the auction is ended.
• We reserve the right to cancel any transaction if there is bid retraction.

Return and exchange policy

• Warranty Period: 30 Days from delivery day.  We are not responsible for any return and exchange after the warranty period. 
• If the item is defective, manufacturing error or not perfect fit, we might for pictures thru email to show the problems.  Please understand that we would like to see the problem and see if there is any faster and more convenient solution before customers send back the item.   
• If the item stated as brand new is found defective on arrival or incorrect item was shipped, buyer understands that the product will be repaired or replaced at seller's discretion, and be given a reasonable amount of time.  We will help our customers to file UPS claims and we will resend items to customers after we successfully received the claims from UPS. 
• All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain authorization before returning.  Please email us if you found any problems with your items, we will work with you to solve any problems.  
• Any returned package without authorization will be refused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Warranties are offered by the manufacturer and will be honored by the manufacturer.
• Professional installation is highly recommended.  Instructions are not included with most products. 
• All shipping and handling fee will not be refunded in any case.

3. Tracking the item:

4. In case, there is any problem with the item:
