INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS We will ship internationally/overseas with the following terms:1. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS at the at our discression. We are NOT responsible for additional charges that your government or carrier services may charge you for importing.2. Shipping costs can be ESTIMATED if you send us an email. Please note that this is an estimate and actual shipping weight may change after the part is packaged. If you would like to estimate your own charges, go to USPS.COM and 'click' on calculatepostage, then international shipping, then choose your country. We do ad packaging and handling fees to all items. We also charge handling/packing fees.3. All payments to be made via Paypal ONLY within 4 days after auction ends. 4. We will bill actual and fair shipping, packaging and any necessary handling charges.5. We WILL NOT alter or LIE on customs documents, so PLEASE do not ask. We do mark customs papers as a USED PART to help out on your fees. TERMS ANDCONDITIONS FOR ALL BUYERS/BIDDERS1. Most packages shipped UPS at the discretion of Pinwall, certain/very few items ship via USPS. Due to the expense of postage, packaging, misc costs, etc, shipping and handling is required on all items no matter how small to cover boxes, labor,materials, and other expenses . PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS. WE CAN NOT AFFORD NOT TO COVER EXPENSES. THESE COSTS ARE BUILT INTO SHIPPING/HANDLING/PACKING. Shipping cost for all items listed above2. Parts are described to the best of our ability and sold 'as-is' without express or implied warranties. We are a salvage motorcycle yard. Parts are recovered from wrecked or flooded bikes. It is the buyers responsibility to check over part PRIOR toinstallation. If you want a new part,' then by all means go buy it for 'new cost.' somewhere else.3. Buyer assumes all liability by installing and using the part.4. Because parts are used, especially electronics, refunds and exchanges are not accepted except only in certain case by case basis. We test major electrical parts before disassembly5. If part stated 'tested' then it worked prior to disassembly. Any part knowingly damaged or not working will be stated accordingly.6. PLEASE, if you don't want to purchase the part-for any reason- then DO NOT bid. I cannot understand a 'non-paying' bidder. Non-paying bidders will be left negative feedback , reported to ebay and put on our 'cannot bid list - forever'.7. We make every attempt to offer quality, used, parts which are described the best we can. We do not like negative feedback and do not want to give it. So please, if you think we overstated the value of your purchase, let us know before making thesituation ugly for either of us. (i.e. giving us negitive feedback!)10. KEYS: May or may not be key in the picture as copies are made.11. Engines and large parts MAY take a couple of days to crate and shipAND MOST IMPORTANT:We DO appreciate your buisness and want you back for a return purchase. We are pretty easy going people who try to answer every question (but please make sure your email address is correct with ebay so we can communicate) ,we try to package everything well (so it can arrive to you in 1 piece) and strive to make the perfect transaction for both parties.And - we try to work out any dispute or misunderstanding will all.
