Return Prevention

Most returns can be avoided with a little up-front effort:

Return Process

Please do not send a package back without contacting us first. You must make contact with an agent to receive instructions, or else we might not receive your return!
Shipping damage is completely covered, as long as you preserve the part and packaging for inspection.
Defective parts are covered by warranty.
Shipping, installation, labor and incidental fees are non-refundable.
Items that have been installed, used, or altered (including painting) are non-returnable.
Returned items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, (20% for Special Order Items). To reduce the risk of a restocking fee, please return all items and boxes in brand new, original condition.
Refunds will be made in the same manner payment was made.

Warranty

Basic Buyer Protection

All parts we ship come with a 30-day warranty against defects and shipping damage. If you plan to wait to install your item(s), please inspect it when it first arrives.
If the item does not fit your vehicle, we offer a full return / exchange policy. For this to apply, fit must either be explicitly stated on auction, or fit must have been confirmed by a staff member. If you are in doubt about the fit, simply contact us and you will be 100% covered.

Warranty

All parts come with a minimum 6 month warranty against manufacturer's defects and operation failure, to the original purchaser only. This warranty guarantees a working replacement, or if the item is no longer available, refund. We do ask for proof that the item has failed from a working mechanic shop; without proof, this warranty may not be valid. We may also ask for the part to be returned.
For many items, we extend this warranty to 12+ months. Warranty information contained in the auction description overrides the guidelines described here.
The warranty does not cover shipping, labor or any other related charges.
In the case that a replacement is not available, a refund will be given. Some modes of payment, such as Paypal, have a time limit for refunds. For this reason, if your mode of payment has expired, we will work out an alternative crediting method.

New York State Residents will be charged current tax upon checkout for Suffolk County (8.625%).
We follow eBay's prescribed procedures for items that do not get paid for. If you have purchased by mistake or wish to cancel the transaction please contact us as quickly as possible so we can work this out with you.

World-Wide Shipping Rates

International and Domestic buyers alike can get their shipping quote from ebay's shipping calculator up top. Just look for the "Shipping and Payment" tab.
Generally, we ship via UPS to domestic locations and USPS to international locations. We make exceptions to this rule upon request.
You save when buying several items at once. Checkout will calculate your shipping rate based on the weight of the entire order rather than calculating each individually. RESTRICTIONS APPLY. Some items ship from different locations, which may increase cost.
If total shipping cost significantly exceeds shipping amount paid, we will contact you for the difference. Conversely, if total shipping amount significantly exceeds shipping cost, we will refund the difference. Such instances are rare and will be judged on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, minor handling charges apply.

Shipping Speed and Delay Policy

As a general estimate, UPS Ground packages within the 48 Ground States are received within 3-7 business days of shipping. Other destinations within the US may take up to 12 business days. International orders may take 2-8 weeks for arrival.
Some auctions may take up to 3 business days to ship. If we anticipate a shipping delay, we'll try to contact you as soon as possible. Please be sure your contact information is up-to-date!
Due to a very large inventory, backorders occur. If you would like to confirm stock before buying, please contact us.
If shipping details are explained in the auction details, that policy prevails.

Shipping Disclaimers, Lost and Damaged Policies

Default shipping is UPS Ground.
Tracking numbers are available upon request.
If you have any possible complications (have a deadline, need multiple items sent expedited, etc.) it is a good policy to contact us beforehand to make sure we can meet your needs.
If you have special shipping instructions (i.e., "leave on porch,") please contact your local delivery person with those instructions, since we cannot do anything about them.
If you have believe your item has been lost in transit or is taking too long to arrive, contact us and we'll investigate.
Upon learning of a lost or damaged delivery package, we will take immediate action by opening an investigation with the delivery company. For damaged packages, please preserve the package for inspection and give your full name and phone number when reporting it.
