1. Return the parts in the original box with the invoice number marked on the outside and must be approved by seller. No credit will be given without authorization. 
2. Include the completed exchange/return form with your return.
3. All returns must be sent prepaid--collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss. 
4. Shipping charge is not refundable.

5. We cannot accept returns on custom-ordered parts. Defective returns will need to be examined by us before credit is given.
