Cousineau Auto Parts Inc accepts Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard and Discover for payment of purchases. All payments should be made through our secure check out or over the phone. Please do not use eBay check out.

Shipping costs will be displayed in the listing. Any listing not displaying shipping costs will require you to contact us at ebaysales@cousineauauto.com or 800-642-2550 ext 226.

Final shipping costs will be calculated and added to the final price during the check out process.

Items sold will be shipped on UPS, FedEx or Spee-Dee Delivery normally for best service to our customer. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the email provided at check out when available. Please contact us if this is not provided.

Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for items returned for restock or for warranty replacement. Please see warranty information for more details.

Orders are processed continually through out the day. Our normal business hours are 8-5 Monday – Friday Central. Orders received and paid before 12:00 pm central will be shipped the same day normally. Express, Next Day or 2nd day air is available upon request at check out. Please contact us directly to insure your package is available for priority shipment before choosing the upgrade option at check out.

Shipping Damage Claims must be reported at time of delivery. You must inspect items and report this damage to the shipping carrier before signing for or the carrier leaves. Cousineau Auto is not responsible for damage cause by carrier and those claims need to be handled directly with the carrier.

We currently ship to all destinations with the 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii shipments are available at an increased cost.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

All of our large items such as Engines, Transmissions and Axles are priced shipped to commercial addresses for the price listed in the listing. Residential and lift gate service is available but at an additional fee. Contact us for prices to residential addresses. We need a phone number, contact name and address of the shipment before we will process any freight shipments. Commercial locations must have a loading dock or fork lift.

Cousineau Auto Parts was founded in 1948 and is still family owned and operated. We specialize in both Domestic and Import late model salvage. We provide our customers with high quality parts with outstanding customer service and value.

After an item has been won or purchased we request you use our secure check-out to complete the sale immediately. You will be notified by email within 2 hours of sale ending if your item has not been paid. The email will include the link to our secure check-out. Please do not use eBay check-out.

Sales Tax:
We apply Wisconsin sales tax of 5.5% to all items shipped within Wisconsin or picked at one of our 4 retail locations.

We provide a complete hassle free warranty. Our valued customers will receive a 30 Day money back and a 6 month replacement on all of our used parts. Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer for all refund and warranty items. If our part fails or is defective during the provided warranty period we will gladly replace it for you. Simply return the item at your cost and we will ship you a replacement at our cost. Please call to alert us of an incoming return so we can handle this for you in a timely manner.

WARRANTY GUIDELINES

Included in the price of every Cousineau Auto Parts purchase is our No Hassle 6 Month Warranty. At our discretion, we replace or provide a refund for any defective part to the original purchaser.

Subject to the limitations below, Cousineau Auto Parts expressly warrants to the original purchaser for 6 months from the date of purchase against the failure of the part as specifically described on the invoice accompanying such a part to defects in the part. ANY IMPLIES WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW AND TO THE TIME PERIOD COVERED BYT THIS WARRANTY. The foregoing is the only, sole and exclusive remedy under the terms of this warranty.

EXCLUSIONS

1. Incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to damage to or the cost of related parts, loss of income, travel expenses, loss of transportation, towing fees, rental vehicles or diagnostics are not covered by this warranty.
2. Parts installed in vehicles used for fleet or commercial purposes and vehicles that are raced or used off-road are not covered by this warranty.
3. This warranty does not cover damage or failure arising directly or indirectly from improper installation (not in accordance with the original equipment manufacturers specifications) or related vehicle problems, misuse, maintenance, neglect, abuse, overheating, vandalism, abnormal operation, environmental conditions, accident or any damage which was apparent and not reported at the time of delivery.

GENERAL LIMITATIONS

1. This warranty is extended only to the purchaser and is not transferable. You must be able to provide an original receipt in your name for the warranty claim to be considered.
2. Any repairs not authorized by Cousineau Auto Parts will void the warranty.
3. We reserve the right to have the part inspected to insure that all pertinent provisions of the warranty have been met prior to any replacement, repair or refund.
4. THIS WARRANTY IS NULL AND VOID IF:
   1. Failures are cause by non-covered components, improper installation, failure to clear computer codes, defective workmanship, usage for which the part was not intended and /or improper maintenance (e.g. using the incorrect types and levels of fluids and lubricants as specified by the vehicle manufacturer).
   2. Product is installed in an application for which the vehicle manufacturer did not intend it.
   3. Failure is caused by towing a trailer or other vehicle unless your vehicle is equipped for this purpose as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
   4. Product is installed or operated outside of the United States.
   5. Failure is caused by or related to collision, fire, theft, vandalism, riot, explosion, lightning or any other act of God.
   6. Failure is caused by neglect, abuse, misuse, racing or modifications.
   7. There is evidence that the vehicle was continually operated after a failure occurred.

1. This part may have accessories that are attached and must be switched or removed to accommodate proper installation, which is the responsibility of the installer. Such accessories are not covered by this warranty.

LIMITATIONS FOR SPECIFIC PARTS

This warranty is limited to defects in the case, block, heads, pistons, crankshaft, camshafts, valves, rockers, connecting rods and other internal lubricated parts. All other parts that may be provided are considered “accessories and extra parts”. No warranty is provided for ay such parts that are attached including but not limited to parts such as solenoids, injectors, switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps or manifolds.
