If the cost of shipping is excessive with DHL or UPS we will ship through the United States Post Office BUT, you will be charged 15.00 above the actual shipping charges as we are way out of town and I have to pay an employee to take the package to the post office for shipping, stand in line, fill out customs forms, gas, etc. Usually in this situation, the savings over DHL or UPS shipping is so great it more than absorbs the 15.00. I want to sell you parts but again, I do not want it to cost me out of pocket to get them to you at the most reasonable rate.
