This is a really nice 3spd on the column steering column if you are restoring a car if yours is damaged, rusty. Carefully removed from a 1966 Plymouth Valiant but fits a Barracuda's and Dodge Darts from 1964-1966. Not sure if it was manual or power steering. Feel free to ask me any questions you might have.
