This auction is for a very cool new kit for your early roadster.  Many people with roadsters often skip adding a top to their custom ride because there is simply no where to put it when you want to take it off.  Let's face it, the trunk is usually filled with luggage, tools, chairs for the shows, etc.  But this kit solves that problem!

 

This Kwik Top kit is the perfect, easy to install solution for your roadster.  This is designed to fit 1928 to 1932 Ford Roadsters and 1928 to 1934 Ford Truck Roadsters.  Its universal design will also allow it to fit many other makes and models.  This kit installs in about an hour and allows your top to fold down like the original or simply lift off in one piece.

This complete kit is adjustable for both stock height and 2" chopped windshields.  It has all of the hardware needed for installation, but does not include the fabric.  As mentioned above, this kit is completely adjustable to fit many applications and body styles.  It is adjustable in the following ways:

WIDTH:

The header board in this kit comes un-drilled and the top bow straight sections are longer than necessary.  Once the side arm assemblies are fitted to the body, the header board can be marked, pre-drilled, and screwed into position to suit each individual windshield.  The top bow straight sections can then be measured and cut to fit that individual body width also.

HEIGHT:

The rear bar and the side arm assembly has multiple holes set 1" apart, allowing the rear pivot point to be moved up or down, which in turn raises or lowers the side arm assembly to suit each individual windshield height.

TOP BOWS:

Each top bow bend has two different mounting positions to allow adjustment for headroom or individual profile.
