Payment Policy
PAYPAL VERIFIED AS OF 2002
We only accept PayPal.
If paying with PayPal please wait for your payment information to update. DO NOT CLICK 'PAYMENT SENT' if you are paying with PayPal, this makes it difficult to find your payment information and will delay shipping time.
Most items are eligible for a shipping combination. These items must be paid for together, and recieve a 20% discount off total shipping costs. Please wait to receive your combined invoice, do not go through checkout until your combined invoice has been sent!
Shipping Policy
Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to maintain their shipping address updated. Items will be shipped to the address registered as the shipping address with Ebay/and-or/Paypal at the time of payment. Any updates to the shipping address must be made prior to payment.
WE DO NOT ALLOW PICKUPS. NO PICKUPS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We do not ship to unregistered addresses. Your address must be registered with both Ebay and Paypal.
We DO offer shipping to PO Boxes. However all shipments to PO Boxes must be made through USPS. If you require shipping to a PO Box you must pay using the USPS shipping option.
It is the buyer's responsibiity to receive the package, or pick it up from the carrier's location. If a package is returned to us because the Buyer failed to pick it up, or receive it then they will be issued a refund for the Purchase Price of the item, not including Shipping And Handling Costs and minus both a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
Most of our shipments take place 1 business day after payment is received. Domestic shipments can take from between 1-3 Business days to process. International Shipments can take from 3-5 Business days to process.
Domestic shipments can incur a handling cost of $0-5US. International shipments can incur handling costs of $1-5US.
International Buyers: Please note that your country may charge you a duty or customs fee for international shipments. These fees do not go to us and should not be considered part of the Shipping and Handling charges.
Our shipping and handling costs are what the carrier charges us, plus any required handling fee as described above. If you feel our S&H prices are too high, please cross reference the weight of the item with the shipping company of your choice and you will see that we charge what it costs to ship the item.

Regular Returns and Refund Policies
We will not accept returns if we are not contacted about, and approve, any intents of returns to us by the buyer.
Items must be shipped out within five business days of permission is attained for a return.
All returns are at the BUYER'S EXPENSE (including regular returns, and factory defective items)
If items arrive defective, broken or damaged we must recieve a notice of damaged items ON THE DATE OF ARRIVAL. We will not accept returns for damaged items if we are not notified of the damage on the same day of arrival.
Regular Returns and Refunds:
Accepted returns will be refunded for the purchase price MINUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING, and minus a 15% restocking fee.
Return items must be:
Returned via UPS at the buyer's expense
In original, unopened, packaging
In resellable condition (item must NOT BE USED at all)
Returns will not be accepted if:
Item is damaged by buyer
It is returned incomplete
Item is used, or not in resellable condition
Factory Defective Items:
We accept returns for factory defects. Items must be reported on the date of arrival.
We must be contacted about the situation beforehand in order to find the best possible solution. In this case, these items are subject to inspection to determine if the item was indeed factory defective.
Factory defective items will recieve a refund for the purchase price MINUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING, or a replacement will be sent (at no cost to the buyer).
Returns must be made via UPS
Returns must be sent out within 5 business days of having received the item
We must be contacted about your intent to return the item before you do so
