Valve spring compressor is used but in great condition.  It is used to compress valve springs on Briggs and Stratton, Clinton, Kohler and other small engines.  A rear-mounted hand wheel makes operation easy. Its long and slender design allows it to reach into small recesses where valve springs and retaining washers are located.
