Shipping and Handling

Small Parts 
We ship by UPS Ground or USPS to the lower 48 states. We do not ship outside the continental United States. UPS will only deliver to a physical address. NO PO BOXES. Orders will be processed in 1 to 2 days from receipt of full payment and should be received within 5-7 days after shipment.
All small parts are shipped UPS ground. 
A signature is required upon Shipping UPS .
UPS shipping shipping insurance is $10.00 (optional)
Tracking Information will be sent when part is shipped
 
Air Bags
Federal Law requires all air bags to be shipped as hazardous material.
All Airbags must be shipped as hazmat - not via air shipment. There are No Exceptions. 

Engines and Transmissions
Engines and transmissions are shipped using Freight Companies.  We ship to a commercial address with unloading facilities or a local terminal for pick-up.  Please email us with your zip code so we can provide a shipping quote before you bid. We DO NOT SHIP TO A RESIDENCE.  Please inspect the shipment for any damage before signing for the part-if damaged, do not accept shipment and we will deal with the freight company.
 
Seats
Due to the over-sized shipping requirements for seats, please contact us for a shipping quote. Please provide your exact mailing address so that we may accurately quote a shipping price. Please note that some used seats that have side airbags will be more costly to ship. Federal law requires all air bags to be shipped as hazardous material. All airbags must be shipped as hazmat - not via air shipment. There are no exceptions. Orders will be processed in 1 to 2 days from receipt of full payment and should be received within 7-10 days after shipment.

Limited Warranty

All Parts:  are guaranteed for 90 days unless otherwise stated. The time begins 10 days after the auction date of purchase. This is a part only warranty, we do NOT  WARRANTY LABOR. This limited warranty is void of the part is taken apart or modified therefore not in the condition you received it. The warranty represents that the part is as described in the above listing and is in good working condition. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.  In the event of a defect, promptly notify All Auto Parts.  All Auto Parts will at their option refund the purchase price or within a reasonable time replace the part. Again, we DO NOT WARRANTY LABOR.  
Engines:  90 day Limited Warranty (See paragraph above for more details) under normal driving conditions. Warranty VOID if part is altered, disassembled, or the heat tab has been removed, melted, or damaged caused by overheating. We warrant the long block  (block and cylinder head)  but any accessories or components remaining on the engine are not covered by warranty. 
Transmissions: 90 Day Limited Warranty (See paragraph above for more details) under normal driving conditions. New filters must be installed and serviced to factory specifications.  Proof of proper installation will be requested if there is a failure.

Returns

If the part we supply is not in the condition as described in the auction, does not function or was not shipped on time, we will do one of the following:          
       1. Refund your purchase price plus the freight
        2. Replace the part and pay the freight
        3. If the part is repairable, offer a reduction in price to repair the part
        4. Before leaving negative feedback please contact us and allow us to remedy you concerns.
 
If we supply the correct part in the condition described in the auction, but buyer has ordered the wrong part, there is a 25% restocking fee
