BUILD YOUR OWN HOVERCRAFT 4 SETS OF PLANS

Glide over land, skim over water or ice.

First set of plans are in full color highly detailed. 104 pages of color pictures, text and CAD blueprints.

Three Sets Of Vintage Plans

Easy to follow directions on building a hovercraft, powered by two lawn mower engines. Plenty of pictures and drawings, lots of detail.  This set of plans corrects design flaws of earlier Air Cushion Vehicles. Originally designed by Eugene Gluhareff the genius who invented the pressure jet.

The second set of plans will show you how to invert the engines (burying motors inside the framework) to achieve a lower center of gravity, and freeing up deck space.

From the plans: You can easily trundle a 100-lb. load across a soft, soggy lawn with this machine and never leave a mark.

The Flying Cart is a true ground-effect machine (GEM). It has no wheels. It glides on a cushion of compressed air supplied by a modified chainsaw engine and a four-bladed wooden prop. I built the "airframe" of ordinary lumberyard materials.

I've discovered an old set of plans from Britain. Great detail too bad it was carbon copied.

You also get list of  suppliers and parts.
