This car is NOT a backyard build.  The car was built by Steve Kirk, Jr. owner of Kirk’s Speed Shop out of Monroe, Ga.

The car drives smooth and straight.  All working lights.  The paint on the car is not perfect but looks very nice.  We always get compliments on the car.  There is a little bondo on the rear fender. 

 

Like any other race car, the car has a few leaks here and there; nothing major.

The car will be sold with a TITLE and bill of sale.

 

The car WAS PURCHASED IN TENNESSEE AND the title was NEVER TRANSFERRED, DUE TO THE CAR NOT BEING STREET LEGAL.

 

An initial $2,000 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of auction end, balance to be paid in full within 5 days of auction end. Funds to be wire transfer or cash. Any certified checks will have to fully clear all banks prior to new owner taking possession.

 

Seller warrants to Buyer it has good and marketable BILL OF SALE to said property, full authority to sell and transfer said property, and that said property is sold free of all liens, encumbrances, liabilities and adverse claims of every nature and description whatsoever. Seller has no knowledge of any hidden defects in and to the Vehicle, and believes to the best of the Seller's knowledge that the Vehicle being sold is in good operating condition. Vehicle is sold in "as is" condition and where presently located with no guarantees, no guarantees to authenticity, no buy backs, or no recourse.

 

Buyer to pay ALL transportation costs.
