    Description

    1967 Plymouth GTX Convertible, A real GTX convertible not a clone, 440, Automatic, PS, PB, rare factory A/C car, buckets, console, power top, factory AM/FM radio, this car was delivered new 09/67 in Long Beach California, then went to San Pedro California, then in 1993 came to Dallas Texas. Body, frame and floors are straight and very solid. One rust spot on driver’s quarter panel (see picture). Please view chassis and floor pictures; this car is close to rust-free. In 1997 someone stole the radiator; the car was pushed into the garage and has been sitting since with boxes and misc. stuff surrounding it causing many nicks and scratches in the paint. One repaint in white over original TT1 medium copper metallic, interior color code is P6K copper, the engines in 1967 were date coded to the car not VIN numbers matching, the engine in car now is a strong 1972 440-4V, the transmission has a shift kit installed, shifts strong but leaks fluid. We pulled the car from storage, changed the fluids, new battery, bleed brakes, rebuilt carburetor,  new aluminum radiator, plugs and sires, engine runs strong, we have test driven the car. The original Certicard is still with the car (please see scanned picture) original stamped shipping number is on the radiator core support (see picture) #7712502298

    This is a real straight solid GTX, runs and drives but has been in storage for 12 years. Drive while you restore, leave as is with patina or an excellent start for a restoration.
