Up for sale is our 1978 Corvette.  This beautiful car has a 350 V8 with an automatic transmission.  The car runs and drives like a dream.  I took it out for a ride yesterday and afterward was having second thoughts about listing it.  There isn’t much better than a red Corvette on a fall afternoon.  The car has recently had a lot of work done to it.  Within the past year or so the car was painted, had a new rear end put in, had all new brakes done, and received new upper ball joints.  Both windows work great and the doors close nicely.  This car does not rattle and shake going down the road like a lot of older vettes.  The rear frame rails are solid on this car which is not the case with a lot of the Corvettes of this era you see for sale.  The interior could use some cosmetic work but is perfectly usable as is.  Nothing needs to be done immediately; we have been driving and enjoying the car the way it is for the past few months.  I have taken as many pictures as possible to try and accurately convey the condition of this car and if you want to see something I don’t have in pictures please don’t hesitate to ask.   The car is currently registered and inspected in Maine and will be sold with a Maine Registration and Bill of Sale.   We drove it back to Mass on a hot August day from Maine and had absolutely zero problems.  This car is a nice driver and is a whole lot of fun.  We’ve listed it with a very reasonable reserve and think whoever gets it will be very happy with it.
