This tool allows you to connect your car to your PC/Laptop via USB and troubleshoot any problems in your vehicle by reading the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC's) that appear when the "check engine" light is showing. Besides displaying DTC codes, it will allow you to scan live data right from your car's computer.

This scanner is compatible with ALL 1996 or newer cars and light trucks, that are OBD II compliant.*
To see if your car is OBD II compliant, please follow this simple
instruction: Check the Vehicle Emissions Control Information Label
which is located under the hood or by the radiator of most vehicles. If
the vehicle is compliant, the label will designate "OBD II Certified"
and will have a 16-pin OBDII Standard Socket. *Note: This tool is not compatible with most Diesel powered vehicles and with hybrid cars.
