RARE DUALLY 4X4

The Good : low milage truck, very reliable, starts and runs/drives great. 4x4 is working. plow system works. dump hoist lifts. drives well, brake system has newer front brake lines. engine has good oil pressure, does not burn oil or smoke , no knocking or noises. transmission has been rebuilt with a hi performance towing kit. no overheating. all glass is good, window cranks operate fine, rear vent slider window opens/closes / locks. very clean original interior, lighting and gauges work, has heat / defrost , wipers work with delay, door locks open / close/lock. hood release is not broken, emergency brake works. headlight and clearance lights work, plow lights work. factory original stereo works. it has a new heavy duty alternator and fuel pump along with a new starter too. no fuel  leaks.

Just Serviced On 11-05-09 , service included fresh oil change, U-joint lubrication, full antifreeze level in coolant jug. transmission fluid checked and has correct level, new brake light bulb, all six tires inflated to 80 psi, lubrication of hood hinges and opener latch, door hinges and closer latch. window washer fluid filled, full front tank of fuel

plow service included, clean and check terminals, inspect solenoid,  full hydraulic oil  level, remove plow , pallet and place in bed for transport, supply 5000 pound cargo strap.

Known Issues: truck has rust, the front fenders are shot,  the  doors / rocker panels &  floorboards are solid. the bed has surface rust but is structurally solid. right side exhaust manifold has a small gasket leak makes a light ticking noise however there are no fumes getting into the cab or anything. the front plastic fuel tank has new steel straps supporting it, they were put on at the ford dealer when they installed the new fuel pump. the rear tank will need new straps or support before it can be filled , right now i just use the front tank. the trans was rebuild with a hi performance towing package. it shifts high into third when the truck is empty or no weight. however it was designed that way for towing, under load pulling or hauling it shifts on the money / smooth , very tough. the engine oil pan has rust and began to drip, it has been professionally sealed not dripping now.  dump bed lifts, but will not lower without weight in the bed, needs some lube its sticking a bit, i didnt use the dump bed much.the left rear brake line just sprung a leak, it has been capped off to regain pressure. the truck will stop but will need to be towed for saftey purposes. truck has been detailed and has paint touch up areas.

This would mak an excellent lot / plow truck, will start on the coldest day ! SNOWPLOW WORKS WELL engine runs very smooth with alot of power
