How much is shipping?

We ship your order via the following method:
1. Continental United States - USPS Mail Regular fees plus handle

2. Canada - Alaska and Hawaii (USPS)
Orders for Canada, as well as Alaska and Hawaii are shipping via the USPS. Rates are based on the dollar value of the order as well as the size and weight of the products being shipped.

3. United States Armed Forces - APO/FPO
Orders for US Military addresses are shipped by the US Postal Service. Rates are based on the dollar value of the order as well as the size and weight of the products being shipped.

How can I place an order with A&G USA SOLUTIONS?

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept Paypal payments.

I just placed my order. Will it ship today?

All the products on your order are in stock then it will usually ship within 1-2 business days. Saturday and Sunday do not count as transit days.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped on the day it ships out.

What is your return policy?

1 Year Full Warranty on parts

Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

-      Are in their original packaging

-      Are not used, installed, or disassembled

-      Are not damaged due to incorrect installation

If we ship the wrong item we will ask you to ship it back and upon inspection we will even cover the shipping charge back. If the item is defective (hardy ever) shipping it back is your responsibility and we cover the shipping of replacement parts. In either case, you may choose to make another payment for the item and have it shipped right away to avoid "down time" for your vehicle. Your money will be credited as soon as we receive the wrong or defective part back. All returns must be approved by us first. Please contact us and we will give you specific instructions on returning the item.

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error.

Labor

Under no circumstance we will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased

Sales Tax

 We are required to collect 7.00% sales tax for shipments made within Florida State.

EXCLUSIONS

 Warranties do not apply to items installed on vehicles used commercially, for racing or off-road use; damage or failure caused by another faulty part, improper installation, accident, missuse, low fluid levels; items that have been modified, altered or used in a manner or application for which it was not designed or intended. The limited warranties above represent the total liability of our company and that we make no other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantibility or fitness for a particular purpose.We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, nor for inconvenience or loss of use while the item is being replaced, including the cost of a rental car, towing charges, telephone calls, legal fees and costs, labor costs and any additional parts required to remove and replace the defective or worn-out part.
