Payments:
We accept Paypal and major credit cards.
Shipping & Handling:
Items will be shipped 24-48 hours upon payment verification. Domestic shipping fees are applied to the lower 48 Continental States.
International Purchases:
All international customers are responsible for various fees such as: Custom, Import Duty, VAT Tax, and Duty Tax.
Insurance:
Insurance is automatically included with all our shipping rates.
Special Shipping Parameters:
Additional $10 fees are applied on top of domestic rates for the current locations: AK, HI, GU, PR, VI, PO boxes, military address/base, and APO/FPO. 8.25% Sales tax is applied to California buyers only.
RETURN POLICIES
Exchanges & Returns:
All sales are final. We inspect all items before shipping them out. For manufacturer's defects, please contact us immediately at: pitstoptuning@yahoo.com Return items must include a professional invoice to warrant uninstallable items. Buyer takes full risk and liability if the product was not installed by a legitimate shop with a professional certified mechanic.
Unconditional Return Policy:
Please contact us immediately for returns or exchanges on mistakes made on our end such as: Shipping of Wrong Item & Defective Item. We must be contacted within 7 days of buyer receiving of item. Items must be returned in an unused state including original content and original packaging within 5 days of receiving item. We will take care of all shipping and handling fees. We reserve the right to invalidate a return or exchange if item does not match guidelines set forth by our policies.

Inventory Stock:
All products advertised on our eBay are in stock. In rare cases due to computer errors, if an item is advertised but not in stock, you will be notified and refunded immediately within 3 business days unless told otherwise.

Refunds:
All refunds are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping/Handling charges are non-refundable.
