Winning bidder must contact us within 8 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. One thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or a 10% deposit, whichever is greater is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days end of auction. Buyer must send balance of funds by wire transfer, cash, or bank certified funds to Seller. All funds must be collected prior to pick up. Certified funds also have to be verified and clear bank. If no contact is made within 8 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.  Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

All checks must clear our bank before auto can be released. No exceptions! Keep this in mind if listing is ending on a weekend or if you are planning on picking it up on a weekend. Please do not make an offer that would end the listing unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. This is not a "let me come look at it and then I will decide if I will buy" listing.  All non-paying will be reported to EBay, and negative feedback posted.  Some cars may have minor road chips, light scratches, wheel scuffs, etc. Depending on the age of the vehicle normal wear and tear should be anticipated. We may or may not have all the keys and floor mats. We will be happy to obtain extra one..s for you at our Dealer cost. Some vehicle may have factory warranty left. Ask Dealer for details.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. No Games

Not every item we list on eBay will qualify for bank financing and we are limited on helping customers that are not in our city, state and county. We will make evey effort to assist in financing.  Once an appropriate loan is found, the Richards Motors.. Finance Team will give you the rate, including an overview of your payment plan. We will gladly demonstrate how changing your down payment, the length of the loan, and adding protective services such as Gap Insurance or an Extended Service Plan will impact your monthly payment.

Gap Insurance

If your vehicle suffers a total loss due to theft or serious accident, Gap insurance (asset protection) will pay the difference between the balance owed on your vehicle and the book value of your vehicle as determined by your insurance company, up to $50,000. It will also cover your insurance deductible of up to $1,000. This protection is crucial, especially if you roll in negative equity, put little or no money down, or finance for an extended term. According to the Insurance Information Institute, a vehicle is stolen every 25 SECONDS in the United States. To make matters worse, vehicle theft is more prevalent in the South than in any other country!  Protect yourself! You can cancel this coverage at any time.

Extended Service Plans

For those customers who wish to further protect their investment, Richards Motors also offers Extended Service Plans. These plans grant you cost-free repairs (after deductible, on covered items) completed at Richards Motors, local dealers, or your favorite mechanic, as long as the repair facility guarantees the parts and labor for 6 months or 6,000 miles. Each Extended Service Plan also comes with free roadside assistance. If you later decide to trade in your vehicle, you may cancel the warranty at any time for a pro-rated refund.
