Your payment will not be recognized without going through Channeladvisorcheckout. Feel freeto email us if you do not knowwhat

- When you make a payment, please make sure the following information is included:

We ship with Fedex Ground and USPS.

All items will be shipped within 3days when sufficient payment is collected & cleared will be delivered within

3-7 days. We DO NOT offer local pick up.

We also offer 10% off the total S&H fees for multiple orders.

For the California buyers, there will be a 8.75% sales tax of the item price.

Payment Policy

We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the item price (covering the eBay's insertionfee & final value fee) if for any reason you changed your mind.

Return & Refund Policy

- Back Order Issues: Back Order may happen due to the delay of the shipment from suppliers (this is a very minor case).

Therefore, if backorder happens, the buyer can request a full refund (the amount that we received) by being completed the mutual

transaction withdrawn process. We will issue the refund in 2 days after receiving the request.

- Buyer's satisfaction is our top priority. However, ALL AUCTION SALES ARE FINAL. we can only issue an exchange or refund for

detective item or wrong item shipped that less S&H within 30 Days of your purchase.

- All return items will require a RMA number, which is given by our customer service department. Package returned without the RMA

number written outside of the box WILL BE REFUSED. ALL THE RMA SHOULD ONLY BE SHIPPEDUSING POST OFFICE PRIORITY MAIL.

- WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXTRA CHARGES. Please allow 10-14 days for returns and exchangeto be processed.

Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. All return items MUST be inbrand new condition which means

the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise you will be subjected to a 20%restocking fee.

-We offer a limited warranty of 90 days on the item upon the date the item is received. Buyer are responsible for the both way shipping fees to

exchange product.

-Many of our items do not come with instructions and professional installation for all items is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on

installation and usage. No exchange will be issued on products that have been damaged or improper use in any way.
