UP FOR BIDS IS A TOTALLY RESTORED GLEAMING KAWASAKI KZ 440-D L.T.D. (BELT DRIVE) MOTORCYCLE. IT LOOKS LIKE IT JUST ROLLED OFF THE ASSEMBLY LINE. IT IS RESTORED WITH FACTORY NEW PARTS, & SOME NICE ORIGINAL USED PARTS WHEN THE ORIGINALS WERE NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE. IF YOUR A KAWASAKI ENTHUSIAST THIS IS THE BIKE FOR YOU! YOU WON'T FIND A CLEANER MODEL LIKE THIS ONE! I INVESTED AROUND $2,500 ALONE ON THE ENGINE REBUILD AFTER THE PREVIOUS OWNER WENT BONKERS ON THE COSMETIC REBUILD, & I HAVE RECEIPTS FOR THE REBUILD INCLUDING VARIOUS NEW PARTS I ALSO INSTALLED ON THE BIKE HERE & THERE. THE SPEEDOMETER SHOWS AROUND 2,900 MILES WHICH AIN'T ACTUAL AS THE BIKE IS TOTALLY RESTORED BOTH COSMETIC & MECHANICAL. THE ENGINE NOW HAS LIKE A FEW HUNDRED MILES ON IT AFTER THE REBUILD WHILE THE FRAME HAD UNDER 9,000 MILES BEFORE IT WAS REBUILT. I WILL COOPERATE WITH THE BUYER TO SHIP THE BIKE IF NEEDED, BUT I PREFER A PICKUP IF POSSIBLE TO AVOID BANGING UP THE BIKE. HERE'S A LIST OF THE REPAIRS MADE TO BIKE:
