WINNING BIDDER
Winning bidder must contact us, by phone at 770-516-5051, within 12 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. This deposit is non-refundable. The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
TRANSPORTATION
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate, you can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.

Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

BUYER PICKUP
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when desired. Fly in and enjoy our beautiful city, wonderful restaurants and world class shopping. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements. Our local airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
TITLES
Georgia is a title holding state. Some titles take up to 21 days to receive from lien holders. Titles that are paid for by cashiers check are held up to 10 business days for checks to clear. Georgia Law gives the car dealers 30 days to process the titles. You will be provided with a temporary 30 days drive out tag. If for some reason you have not received your title after 30 days please call us.
WARRANTY
All cars are sold As-Is. The car may be covered under manufacturers warranty. Please call and verify.
Extended Warranty is also available at great low rates. Call for further information.
Trade-In
We Do accept trade ins. How ever please communicate and confirm the price of your trade in before bidding.
INSPECTION
If you want to have the vehicle inspection by a third party or by and independent mechanic or by a franchise dealer please arrange for it before bidding. Any cost associated with such inspections will be incurred by the buyer.
EXTRAS
Not all cars have extra keys, books, navigation media or floor mats. We will try our best to provide you with all that comes with the car. If you need something that is not listed PLEASE communicate.
PLEASE ONLY BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY. IF THE RESERVE IS NOT MET, WE MAY CONTACT THE HIGH BIDDER TO OFFER THE SECOND CHANCE OPTION.
Fee and Tax Information:
We do charge $295.00 dealer prep doc fee. All the residents of GEORGIA will have to pay the Sales Tax at their respective county rate. Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license unless required by their lender for lien recording purposes. The customer is responsible for the sales tax and registering the vehicle in their home state. |
