Please be aware that these are USED cars and trucks. We have over 40 years experience buying used vehicles. However, used cars are USED cars. They are not new. These vehicles will show wear and tear associated with the normal use of a vehicle. Obviously, a car with 100,000 miles on it will show more wear and tear than a car with 10,000 miles on it. Most of our vehicles are sold at wholesale prices, well below book value. We cannot afford to warranty any vehicle sold below book value as if you had purchased it at full retail price. Please also note, when purchasing a used vehicle, although it is new to you, there is a possibility the vehicle will need service or repair in the first weeks of ownership. We are also not responsible for missing owners manuals, key fobs, extra keys, CD cartridges, navigation DVD's, or any other non essential accessories. Theses minor accessories do not always remain with a vehicle over their lifetime. All of these items can be found at your local dealer or auto parts store. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS IN THE LISTING OF THIS VEHICLE. We STRONGLY recommend that you have the vehicle inspected BEFORE YOU BID! There are many inspection services available, or have your own mechanic inspect the vehicle for you. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a time for the vehicle to be available before the end of the auction for these inspections to take place. All funds must clear and the paperwork must be signed and returned before the vehicle is released. Titles on vehicles 10 years or older are marked exempt in the mileage field of the Florida titles due to age. We will expedite title transfer as soon as possible. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of auction close, NO EXCEPTIONS. The balance is due within 3 days of auction close. No sales tax will be charged for vehicles being shipped over state line. If you require a 30 day tag, we will collect your home state sales tax and provide an affadavit so you won't have to pay again at home when registering the car. For each transaction a $299 dealer admin fee is charged to cover costs associated with vehicle prep, cleaning, and express mail costs.
