Warranty & Returns

EuroEffects, Inc. offers a lifetime warranty against any defects in material and manufacturing. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use of ny of the implementations (including repairs or alterations other then by our Authorized Install Centers).

All Warranty issues must go through their appropriate manufacturer. If you need assistance, please call us or contact us through eBay and we will guide you through the process. If by mistake, we shipped the wrong item, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. All of our products we provide are fully guaranteed against manufacturer defects through their appropriate manufacturer. We do not refund shipping/handling fees under any circumstances. All item charges against defective parts are covered under the EFX Lifetime Warranty. The only cost to the consumer on a defective item is the shipping and handling.

RETURNS and processing

Non Defective Parts
If by any circumstance that the item is not a manufacturing defect and or is not a product purchased from any of the EFX resellers then the consumer is liable for all shipping and processing charges. The item previously purchased can be replaced at full cost or the item is to be returned to the consumer at their cost.

If the consumer chooses the wrong color then there is a 20% restocking fee along with shipping and handling charges which are applied and to be paid for by the consumer. This is why it is important to choose the correct color when purchasing an item from eBay.
