All defects must be report to RT-Performance within 5 days after package is received. RTP Stainless Steel braided brake lines are made using Teflon hose. The extruded Teflon core found in the hose is braided with stainless steel and permanently crimped on each end. All RTP Stainless Steel brake lines are made to MVSS-1066 specifications, meeting D.O.T. Certification. All RTP Brake lines carries a limited life time warranty against all manufacture defect!  All RTP brake lines are made in U.S.A!

  1. Once payment has been received we will ship within 1-4 business days. 
  2. *Depends on the shipping method you choose* USPS First Class mail takes 1-5 business days and Priority mail takes 2-3 business days within Domestic territory. UPS Ground takes 2-5 business days within Domestic territory. International Priority mail takes 6-10 business days. Shipping maybe delay due to custom.

  5. Insurance is offered per kit, per auction item as optional, Please add to payment if needed.

Return Policy:

  1. RT-Performance is not liable to any damage or harm incurred during or after install for our product.
  2. For refunds, merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging and resalable condition. Shipping fees will NOT covered by us.
  3. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
  4. Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped with a traceable number.
  5. Once product is installed, it will not be accepted as a return product, credit or exchange will not be allow. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  6. If product is damage by shipping company, customer is responsible for filing claim with shipping company; if no insurance was purchased we will not take any responsibilities.
  7. Short-shipments, DOA (Dead on Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days after you received it. Defective item will also be replaced, but buyer pay for postage fees. 
  8. A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
  9. Only defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period. Buyers have to cover shipping fees.
