 Stainless steel Scorpion slip-on exhaust for the 2004 to 2006 Suzuki DL650 V-Strom. This was used for a short time on a 2005 and I bought it used. A bracket was missing so I purchased some stainless steel exhaust brackets shown. I never installed it but it seems you have all you need.

Then I bought a 2009 and learned it doesn't fit. The 2007+ DL650's have an oval exhaust outlet.

This product has an MSRP of $392.95 and a new street price of $320 or so. Definitely can't use it so 1 cent starting price and flat rate shipping cost.
