Auction Details
All Remotes are fully tested several times prior to shipping. Please check with your dealer for compatibility before you bid to be certain that your vehicle is equipped with a keyless entry system.
All keyless remotes are used unless otherwise specified.
The batteries are not new on all keyless remotes. They do have batteries in them though. It is NOT necessary to immediately change the battery if you received one with your purchase. This is a spare battery.
The pictures in our auctions are stock photos. However, you will receive an identical unit in terms of size, number of buttons, FCC ID, color, etc. In other words, what you see pictured is what you will receive with the exception of any wear that may vary from unit to unit. It is just not possible for us to photograph every item we sell. We are sorry, but we will NOT take a photo of a specific item, email it to you, then hold it until you decide to purchase.
We will contact the winning bidder via e-mail after the auction has ended. Please closely follow all instructions.
Payments must be received within 7 days after the order is placed. If no payment is received, we will begin the process with ebay to report you as a deadbeat bidder.
The description of the items on auction are described to best of our knowledge and manufacturers specifications, however we are not responsible for typographical errors.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for any returns. A restocking fee will also apply!

Payment made by an e-check will result in a long delay of shipping. We do NOT send your item(s) out until we are notified by Pay Pal that your funds have cleared. This can take as long as 7 to 10 days business days before your item will be shipped.

Shipping
Our service is very fast in most cases. All items are shipped very quickly, usually within 24 hours once payment is received. Please try to understand that Shipping costs cover a a great deal more than the actual postage. Look at the big picture of the overall cost. You will be saving a bundle and often getting info that a dealer will not give to you. Our expenses are huge. Please refrain from complaining about this cost. Shipping costs are not negotiable.
For Continental & US Territories, Shipping is sent via USPS first Class Mail. We DO NOT ship overseas for the cost of United States Shipping.
We will gladly combine shipping if you purchase more than one item. This will only apply if the purchases are made in close proximiity and we are able to send these items out together! Each additional remote purchased adds $3.00 to the base cost.
International shipments to Canada Only. Cost is $14.95 as we must send it Registered USPS Mail to satisfy Pay Pal's requirements and obtain tracking.
We DO NOT supply you with the tracking number. USPS delivery confirmation provides little to no information right up until it is actually delivered. MOST items take 3 to 5 days to arrive. Once posted, it is in the hands of the USPS.

Programming
We have programming for a great many vehicles, but not all ! Some manufacturers have made it so this process can only be done with special equipment. Most Jaguar, Mercedes, Saab, Volvo & some Buick Remotes are amoungst the few that almost across the board are dealer only or very good locksmith programable with special diagnostic equipment. I have hundreds of program instructions, but those are not able to be done via a relitively simple set of instructions.
Programming is NOT automatically sent, you must request it. Our auctions frequently cover multiple years and vehicle models. We MUST have your Vehicle Make, Model, and Year to send you this info.
Programming is sent via email as an attachment. We can not send this info via ebay's mail system. Please email us directly at: remotemkt@optonline.net. Please place the words " Programming Request " in the subject line when emailing us for instructions. This will help expedite the process.
We must have your WORKING email address. If you have changed your email recently and not updated your ebay account, it may be IMPOSSIBLE to contact you. Once you provide us with your vehicle specs, we will promptly send you the programming information if it is available.

We receive hundreds of emails daily. If you do not get a response within 24 hrs. please send us another email as your original may have been missed or lost in the shuffle. When possible, please respond to previous correspondence so we are able to view the history of previous emails. You MUST email us directly. We can not send the the programming via ebays system as they do not allow attachments. Please place the words "Programming Request" in the email subject line. Without this info, there may be delays in receiving the info.
Please be CERTAIN your email is current, working, and your spam filter is off. Numerous people do not get our emails because of filters on YOUR end which we can not overcome. We will NOT reply to requests for approval to be placed on YOUR list of recipients that are OK to get email from.
Terms & Conditions
We do not accept liability for any loss incurred from the purchase, programming, or use of the keyless entry remote. If you are experiencing programming difficulty, you can also consult your local dealer. If for some reason our remote is deemed to be defective, which is extremely rare, & it has not been tampered with, we will replace it as per our policies.
All sales are final. We are not responsible for the purchase of an improper remote for your vehicle, your vehicles electrical system problems, the car / truck having been involved in an accident, buyers remorse, you found your lost key/remote, or any other similar excuse.
Returns
No refund or replacement remote will be sent out until we have received the original remote returned to us in the original condition that it was sent out. The amount refunded will be the remote Purchase ONLY. We do not refund the shipping as we have many expenses that this shipping charge needs to cover. Please include your ebay user name, item number, RMA #, and best phone number to reach you at in order to get a replacement or refund in a timely fashion. DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS IN A NUMBER 10 ENVELOPE! It must be properly packaged, or it will not make it to us.
If you purchase the wrong remote through ebay we will be more than happy to assist you in getting the correct remote. However we are not responsible for any further charges you may encounter in getting the remote back to us, and an additional shipping fee will apply. Some remotes may be more expensive and the difference will have to be paid before new remote is shipped back out to you. We DO NOT pay for return shipping. A restocking fee will also apply.
