Purchasing pre-owned vehicle via the Internet can be a challenging experience. We at Car & Quest believe that buying a car should be, simple and pleasurable. Car & Quest is a family owned and operated business. Our customers are our greatest assets and our goal is to make every customers buying experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.

We have been in business for over 18 years now, and have made a strong, trust-worthy name for ourselves. Unfortunately we have never used EbayMotors to sell and/or advertise our vehicles, there for our feedback doesn't represent our name properly at this time. Vehicle : All vehicles that we auction have clean and clear titles (No Salvage title / No Reconditioned title). Car & Quest, makes every attempt to deliver our vehicles to our clients with two keys, manuals, booklets, NAV CDs, etc..., however, from time-to-time, a vehicle may be missing one or more of these items and we cannot guarantee that they will be included in the vehicle at the time of sale. In this case, we are more than happy to provide these items to our customers at our discounted cost from the applicable dealership. Please call for the exact accessories included for the vehicle. The vehicles in the auction are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold as "As Is" condition.  However, most vehicles may still be in factory warranty, call us to confirm any information.  
Finalizing/Purchasing the Vehicle:The winning bidder must contact the seller (carandquest) within 24 hours with a phone call or E mail (leave phone #) to start transaction and to receive a Purchase Order via Fax or E-mail. The winning bidder must respond within 24 hours after the auction closed with a $1,000 non-refundable deposit required via PayPal, bank transfer, Visa/MC/Amex, or certified funds (cashier's check) to start transaction.  Then, the buyer has 5 days from the receipt of the deposit to do his/her inspections and due diligence. The deal must be consummated within 7 days from the closing day of the auction.  Please notify us for any exceptions. If the above items are not met within the allotted time frame, the vehicle may and will be available to all other buyers on a first come first serve basis. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle and release of the title. 
Tax, tag, registration, and fee:All sales are subject to a $599 dealer service fee. Florida residents pay 6% sales tax, local option tax, and registration fee of $225. Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.  
Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We will arrange for shipping, if requested.  Also, the transportation to and from the airport and our location is buyer's responsibility. Exporting is available. Contact us for details.
Car & Quest reserves the right to cancel any contract until full payment is received.
