Vehicle Description

This trailer is a rare find, and almost completely original. It has newer carpet, new hot water tank, and new thetford toilet. All systems work great. Stove and water heater work on propane, and refrigerator works on both propane and electric. Roof top air conditioner runs very well. I lived in this trailer for the past nine months while working away from home. The air conditioner will definitely keep you cool in the hot summer months. I have the original furnace, however needs to be repaired and installed. I was able to keep this trailer warm with a very small electric heater. There is a small tear in the seam of the couch cushion. It simply needs to be sewn back together. This trailer is road ready with newer tires and excellent brakes. It has an electric jack on the tongue and towing stabilizers. I am the third owner, and I have all of the original owners manuals. Winning bidder must pick up trailer. A $500 deposit is required at conclusion of auction. Remaining balance must be paid at time of pick up within ten days of auction end.
