All Shipping & Handling charges are to be paid by the buyer unless auction states otherwise. Shipping & Handling rates mentioned above are non-negotiable, but combined shipping rates are available. No Retail Store Pickups available.

All our items will be professionally and carefully packed and dispatched in a timely manor. 90% of our orders are shipped within 12 hours of cleared payment being received.

PRODUCT INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER

EuroEffects, Inc. is not liable for any damages to any vehicle and or other form of installation from usage of our products. The consumer is recommended to use a professional installer or a EFX Authorized Install Center for installation. However, if a professional installer has made any damages by usage of our product then the installer themselves are responsible for any repairs or losses to the consumer not EuroEffects, Inc.

It shall be noted that our products are fully tested and do not cause any issues with any standard install procedures. It is recommended that you install all of our products at your own risk and that you are technically inclined to do so.

Warranty & Returns

REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AS:  Merchandise credit

Return Policy details:
If the items are not as described, we will offer a Merchandise Credit. In most cases this will be minus shipping and Ebay fees, although if it was a blatant mistake by us we will do our best to make it right. Bottom line, we want you happy!

We try to be fair and accurate with all my auctions and descriptions. Please read each auction and bid carefully.

This is not a retail store. All sales are final. 

We do not offer refunds on any item unless it is grossly misrepresented. If a refund is given it will be given as in store merchandise credit and only be for the cost of the item. Shipping and Handling is non refundable. Restocking and other fees may be charged.
If there is a problem, we can work together to resolve the problem. I have always been extremely fair and always try to work with my reasonable customers. Negative feedback doesn't go away and should only be left as a last resort! I strive for positive feedback, harmonious relations and even some friendships.

We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake. (It happens). Please do not assume a mistake is intentional. Let us know if our service could be better!!

Lifetime Warranty:
Euroeffects, Inc. warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product. Our warranty applies only when such defective parts are returned Euroeffects Inc. Shipping, handling, and installation and/or removal costs are not covered under our “lifetime warranty” and are the buyer responsibility. All warranty issues are subject to our inspection and approval, shipping, handling, and testing fees may apply and are not covered under our “lifetime warranty” Liability is limited to repair or replacement of material found defective. Unauthorized repairs or modifications will not be subject to factory warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

All payments must be received within 7 business days. In the event of non-payment within 7 days, eBay will be contacted and a non-paying bidder alert will be filled.
