7 days after the buyer receives it | Money Back | In order to receive proper credit, all returns must be accompanied by a RoboTech issued Return Materials Authorization form (RMA). After you call your return in to RoboTech the RMA will be mailed to you. The package must be shipped to RoboTech with all shipping costs prepaid. Credit will be issued after the returned goods are inspected and it is determined that the product is in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Any merchandise not meeting these criteria will be subject to refusal and credit will not be issued. Customers will be billed for any missing parts and repackaging.
Call tags will only issued on defective items that are returned within a 2-week period.
Warranty items are your responsibility to return once the RMA has been issued.
Defective items will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and must have a complete description of the defect. Certain manufacturers require that you deal directly with them regarding defective items. Defect rates over 5% must be approved by a manufacturer’s representative. Returned items that are claimed to be damaged, which are proven to be sound, will either be returned or reclassified as a return to stock. These items will fall under the current returns policy and will be included in your current returns percentage.
All parts must be trial-fit before installation. Items damaged due to improper installation will not be credited upon return.
RoboTech is not responsible for looking up part numbers incorrectly. This is a courtesy we perform for our customers. It is your responsibility to be sure you are ordering the correct parts. |
