New big block Chevy 396 427 steel structured crankshaft neutral balance damper. (Chrome)

6 1/4" balancer is SFI 18.1 certified and tested at 12,500 rpm and are perfect for racing applications. Dampens engine harmonics at any frequency and rpm.

These balancers have some Styrofoam stuck to them from the manufactures packaging and will require some clean up prior to installation.
