Vintage Car Truck Model T A Rod Arrow Turn Signal Light

Old Turn Signal assembly with 12 volt bulbs, wire has cloth covering. One part of the lens has some sort of crud on it, not sure what it is. Obviously used but no rust or corrosion and they both work. Measures, 9 1/2 inches X 2 1/2 inches wide
