DESCRIPTION:   Paint shines like new and is garaged. The paint is NOT faded at all like most collectors editions. I have brand new weatherstripping for rear window which comes with car but it doesn't need yet but it was expensive! Car is mostly orig paint with some clear coat redone on the tops which is why the paint is so nice, just like new! Interior shows the normal wear that these seats show at 32k miles because of the real soft leather. The entire interior is original, the carpet is very nice, the dash and gauge area is original and very very nice with no chipping or flaking paint like I see on most others! The engine runs perfectly, all ball joints and other front end parts are original and in fine order. Car drives like a 32k mile car should. A/C actually works as well all gauges and other power options, windows, locks etc. I am the third owner and the car came from Florida 8 years ago or so. I have the window sticker and some other documentation, I have to dig it out but I have it! I have pictures of all the things you need to see. I don't have the useless pics of the glovebox, the rear boxes, under the dash etc. All those spots are like new and as expected...again, the car is unmolested with all adult drivers. T-tops are perfect, door panels, rear shade, glass etc. is all nearly perfect if not perfect! The frame is perfect and doesn't EVEN have surface rust! The tires are goodyear eagle GT +4's from 15-20 years ago with very little miles on them. They are like new but have some dry rot from age. I never changed them but never drive to fast anyway. Inspections: Buyer has the right to inspect the car before bidding at the bidder's cost. If the bidder does not inspect, that right is forever waived unless modified by me and you. The vehicle is sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied, unless expressly modified by the auction terms.

Bid Retractions: I do not allow bid retractions. Please triple check your bid before clicking. If there is a bid retraction, I reserve the right to void the entire sale, I will block your bidding forever and report you if you do not call me first at 631-560-6374.

Failure to pay bidders: I take bidding extremely seriously and will seek damages if your contract is not honored. 

Liquidated Damages: If for any reason the buyer is unable to complete the contract in full, the buyer (winning bidder) agrees to pay liquidated damages in the event of a buyer breach. The genuine estimate of damage is the Ebay ad (normally $150) and 6% of the sales price. I will take legal action if fees are not paid!

Forum Selection: In the very unlikely event that any dispute were to arise concerning this entire transaction, including dealings through ebay, New York law and jurisdiction will exclusively apply.
