Return Policy:
*Due to the nature of some items a No Return Policy is applied.*
If needing to return or exchange an item contact us with-in 7 business days of item being received.
After confirming authorization of return you will need to return all merchandise and packing materials
in new and unused condition for a refund of the sale price.
Buyer pays return shipping and a 20% Retstocking fee will be charged for all orders. Sorry no exceptions.

Payment Information:
Payment is requested within 5 days of winning the auction.
Please contact us within 2 days of auction end if you will have a delay in payment.
Accepted: Paypal, E-Check with Paypal*, Credit Card by Phone in US FUNDs ONLY.
*All items are shipped when payment clears, this can take 2 - 7 days.*

Complete shipping is charged on the first/heaviest item, additional items may have discounted shipping prices.
Items that can not be combined will not qualify for a discount.
If you pay for each item separate a refund or discount will not be given, sorry eBay fees.
**Items that are in a set such as two scissor jacks or a combo pack of light, don't receive a discount on shipping as this is ONE auction.
If you purchase two packs (total of 4 jacks and 2 handles) then request an invoice.
Some items already have the shipping calculated correctly if you purchase multiple sets - please use the shipping calculator provided by eBay for quotes.

Shipping Information:
Items are shipped fast within 1 - 3 business day by UPS (NO Po or Boxes) and USPS.
All shipping calculator rates are for the 48 Continental U.S. only.
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other U.S. territories must contact Class A Customs first for quotes.
**CHECK YOUR ADDRESS**
Paypal and eBay addresses need to be correct.
A $10.00 Fee will apply to all packages shipped UPS that need to have the address changed after being picked-up by UPS.
USPS (mail) addresses can not be changed after picked-up by driver.
Store Pick-up: We do not offer pick-up at this time.
International Bidders:
All duties and customs fees for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Check with your local customs office for information prior to purchase. We will not mark items as a gift. or sample.
