The following terms of sale apply to all of our online and local sales.
 
Payment  Methods
Cash, Credit Card, certified check, bank wire , or 3rd-party financing with pre-approval from Savannah Sports and Imports, Inc. If you have questions about payment, please call. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. PayPal is not accepted for final payment. Please call us @ 912-354-2201 for more information.
 
Deposit
The purchaser will submit a deposit to secure the vehicle. We can process your credit card payment securely through our website, for the amount of the deposit. We will accept PayPal as payment for the deposit amount only. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the vehicle in any way, we will always refund your deposit.
 
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery or shipment of your vehicle.
 
Additional Fees & Taxes
Buyer is responsible for Tax, Title, and Documentary Fees. Any disputes regarding the sale of this vehicle shall be resolved through arbitration in Savannah, Georgia under the laws of Georgia. The transaction must be completed within seven business days of the receipt of the deposit for the vehicle that you are purchasing. We will allow you more time, if it is under reasonable circumstances. If the deposit is not received or the transaction is not complete in the specified time, and an alternative arrangement has not been made, the vehicle may be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will not reserve a vehicle on verbal consent. Please note: We do offer overnight UPS of all paperwork at no additional cost. Return envelope will be provided with shipment of documents to insure quick transactions. International shipping will be determined at auction end. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 912-354-2201 for more information.   We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. We insist that the transport driver fully inspect the vehicle and mark an inspection sheet that clearly allows for a graphic to be drawn and illustrate any damage that may be existing. We will inspect and fax inspection sheet to you, once the vehicle is released from us. We want to make sure that you get the best possible product from Savannah Sports and Imports, Inc. Shipping is a key to automotive internet sales and we take shipping the car that we sell you very seriously. The transaction is not complete until the vehicle and title have reached you. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is shipped from our premises
