Bodypartsbargain tries to maintain a good stocking level in order to prevent backorders. However, in rare cases a backorder is necessary; We will ship the order as soon as the parts become available. Backorders must be canceled within five days from when the order is placed, or before when the parts become available, whichever is sooner. Otherwise, the parts will automatically be shipped to the buyer. Please do not leave negative feedback if it happens that you are one of this rare cases, we will really appreciate that.

Step two: Place the RMA# visible outside the package and send it back within 5 days of issue.

There is no return for any parts that have been used, modified, painted, or installed. shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All products returned must be in the original shipping carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered or shipped. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. All returns shipping must be prepaid. Any returns by COD or without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the buyer at his or her own expense. Shipping costs to and from the purchaser are not refundable.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Central Time , We are closed during weekends and major holidays. Normally we can reply your email within 24hr, however if you email us during weekends, we have to reply to you on the following working day.
