Seller is available and ready to assist buyer in whatever means are necessary to determine prior to bidding or buying to determine the compatibility of your application. By ordering you agree that you accept the responsibility for verifying compatibility. The part is sold without any warranties whatsoever, and all warranties are hereby waived, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer assumes any and all risks of installation and use and indemnifies seller from any liability flowing from the use or misuse of this part. Seller warranties all parts against any manufacturer's defect. If the part has a manufacturers defect, meaning a feature of the product that was not intended by the manufacturer that causes the part not to function, seller will replace the item with no additional cost to seller. In order to have an item or part replaced in this manner buyer must ship said part to seller at buyer's own expense for testing by seller. Buyer agrees that cosmetic defects are not manufacturers defects and buyer assumes all risk of cosmetic defect. Buyer agrees that shipping charges will not be refunded. Buyer assumes risk of any package being lost in transit between shipper, buyer, or seller at any stage of any transaction between seller and buyer. Buyer agrees packages lost in transit will be replaced upon seller being reimbursed by shipper. Buyer may return product at buyer's own expense within 3 days of date of receipt of item. By placing a bid on this product buyer agrees that this agreement is the entire agreement between buyer and seller and that no verbal statements for the basis of any bargain between buyer and seller. Seller's acceptance of your offer is contingent on your assent to these terms. Buyer agrees that any dispute is subject to the legal jurisdiction of the state and county the item was shipped from.
