** There was a change in the radios mid-year in 2005. This works fine in late 2005 models but MIGHT have some minor compatibility problems in early 2005 models. It is best if you pull your existing radio so we can determine if you have an early or late 2005 part number.  Or, call your dealer.  We have provided the part number, so they should be able to easily verify if it will work for you.

This radio, like all the new GM radios, is designed to work in conjunction with your vehicle's computer. Consequently, you will need your dealer to program the computer once it is installed in your car in order to ensure 100% functionality. Since it has never been used, you will probably find that you have a high level of functionality without the programming (which is an advantage of new radios).  However, sometimes audio level, button backlighting, etc don't work properly until the programming is performed.  Some people can live with some of the issues but you should plan on having the programming performed. We don't want any complaints that you thought you'd be able to avoid it, based on our description...

• This radio has never been used so it is in perfect condition. Check our feedback. We shouldn't have to say any more...
• The radio has been tested at our facility.  Not many shops are equipped to test these radios.
• The radio in the picture is not THE actual radio. This is not to deceive you. We just sell too many of these to take a picture of every one. Especially when there is nothing wrong with them. This is no different than any online retailer. They don't send you THE unit they took the picture of and then snap a picture of the next identical unit for the next customer.  No.  A picture that is an accurate representation of them all is used.
• There is a 6 month repair/replacement warranty on the radio. The warranty period begins on the date the auction ends, so-as to encourage prompt payment. The warranty covers any functional problem not specifically mentioned here in the Notes. If you send the radio back for a warranty claim we will repair it, if possible. If not, we will replace it. If we're out, we'll refund your purchase price.  (This is all assuming the radio is in the condition it left here in. Any tampering, damage or modifications WILL void the warranty.) If you refuse a repaired/replacement unit, we will withhold a 15% fee from your refund to cover expenses and shipping is non-refundable.

We are NOT a salvage yard.  We are NOT affiliated with a salvage yard.  We don't have the typical used parts mentality.  We specialize in one thing: replacement factory audio/video.  We are very picky and strive to provide radios that we would be proud to have in our own vehicles.  When you buy a radio from us, you are getting a unit that is guaranteed to work.  Occasionally problems arise with used radios as a result of mishandling during shipping.  However, please know that we never knowingly send out a radio that exhibited problems in our testing.  It is not in our best interest to send out defective units because we waste time and money replacing them under our warranty.  This is why our radios are tested before they are even inventoried.  We aim to keep our returns low and our customer satisfaction high.  Please give us a chance to add you to our long list of satisfied customers.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
¤ Shipping is via USPS or UPS. (Your choice.)
¤ Insurance for $100 is included with UPS. Optional insurance is not offered for USPS or more than $100 for UPS.
¤ Tracking numbers are provided.  These are usually emailed within 24 hours of shipment. If it hasn't been at least 2 FULL weekdays since your payment, please be patient.  It WILL be sent.  Check our feedback.  We are reliable, established sellers.  Check your junkmail and trash folders before you assume we haven't sent you anything.  In addition to our email, you will get an email from the UPS QuantumView Notify system, containing your UPS tracking number (if applicable).
¤ We ship every weekday. Your item will typically be shipped within 2 FULL business days of receipt of payment.  
¤ No signature is required for your package. It will, most likely, be left at your door if you are not home. We will email you the tracking number. You will be responsible for tracking it's progress and ensuring it is collected safely. We are NOT responsible for stolen items.
