All Returns are subect to the approval of the ACC Factory. Please Inspect each item prior to installation. Carpet sets can't be returned after being cut, glued,trimmed,or altered in any manner. If your item does not fit or the wrong item was shipped we will issue a call tag,and when received & inspected send out a replacement set. If you change your mind about any part of your order you must 1st email us for an MRA #,you pay the shipping back to the factory, and when it is received back & inspected you will be issued a refund minus a 25% restock fee & shipping cost.
Custom color,material order  are not returnable, items that have been cut trimmed glued or altered in any way may not be returned for any reason.
