We provide complimentary airport pick up should you prefer to pick up
your vehicle in Houston. Whenever possible, please fly into George Bush
Intercontinental IAH airport as we are only 30 minutes away.
All buyers are required to pay a $150.00 Dealer Service fee which
includes a documentation fee, an administrative fee, an Express Mail fee, a
Temporary Tag, and the Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax. Inventory tax is
.002133% of the purchase price (i.e. - $21.33 per $10,000.00).
There is a $49.00 Vehicle Prep fee which includes detailing the vehicle,
inspecting the vehicle, and checking the tires and fluids prior to the
shipment or sale of the vehicle.
Our Dealer Service Fee and Vehicle Preparation Fee are collected by
Ramsco Enterprises and are not required by law.
Texas (in-state) buyers are required to pay 6.25% sales tax, $33.00
Title fee, and a $65.00 registration fee for tags and inspection sticker.

These vehicles are USED vehicles and are not new. Please expect a
certain amount of wear, use, and flaws, as is standard on ANY used car. All
used cars including this one may have dings, nicks, chips, scratches and any
other marks associated with the use consistent with age and mileage of the

The seller has disclosed as much information as possible about this
vehicle. We welcome pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties or
authorized service centers after winning the auction ($1,000.00 deposit required,
refundable if the car does not match the descriptions). All vehicles are
available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for ALL

In the State of Texas, titles to vehicles are held by banks or
lenders as collateral for loans. In some cases there is a delay in receiving
the original instruments up to two weeks from the time we pay a vehicle off.
While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are

We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles, and all sales are
through a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Texas. Titles will be
sent via Fed-Ex for proper tracking.

the successful high bidder by email after the auction closes. You must
respond by phone or email within twenty-four (24) hours to confirm your
intention to buy. The $1,000.00 deposit must be received within 48 hours of the
auction's closing at the latest, and the sale must be completed within 5
