Fee and Tax Information: $1000.00 Partial Payment Required, All Texas Buyer's Will Pay 6.25% Sales Tax, $50.00 Doc. Fee, and VIT Tax, and Title and License Fee's. Out of State Buyer's Are Required to Pay $50.00 Doc. Fee, Texas VIT Tax. The winning bid will include purchase of said vehicle. Winning bids will not include applicable state sales taxes, fees for vehicle title and license fees. These fees can vary depending on the state in which the vehicle title is registered. The total of these fees is due upon delivery of the vehicle. McClain's Longhorn RV, Inc. will assist any bidder with shipping of any particular vehicle and a request for shipping assistance can be made at any time during the bidding process. All shipping costs must be paid in full, as well as the winning bid amount for the vehicle prior to the shipping date. Any after market accessories and additions to the vehicle not included in the bidding price may be purchased after the winning bidder has accepted delivery. McClain's Longhorn RV, Inc. reserves the right to decline maintenance of any after market accessory of the vehicle unless expressed in writing prior to the vehicle delivery date. Winning bidder must contact McClain's Longhorn RV, Inc. within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1000.00 partial payment is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of auction end. McClain's Longhorn RV, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any winning bid due to any failure on the part of the winning bidder to abide by the purchase guidelines stated above. If no contact is made to McClain's RV by the winning bidder within 24 hours of auctions end, McClain's RV reserves the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. **All vehicles listed on eBay are available for local sale and may be sold outside of eBay at any time during the bidding process.** Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. If you plan to finance the item for which you are bidding, make sure that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding.
