Payment

1. We only except Paypal as a form of payment through Ebay.
2. Payments must be made within 3 days after purchase, Any payment not made after 5 days will result with a Non-Payer report filed with EBay to recover all closing fees.

Shipping Information

1. US and Canadian shipping costs and time will vary depending on the service purchased, Express shipping is available. Contact us for individual pricing.
2. Once item is shipped, Tracking numbers will be e-mailed to the buyer along with the appropriate web links
3. If the buyer wishes to purchase multiple items, shipping cost can be combined. Please contact us for more information.
4. All items shipped are fully covered by the shipper for the full cost of the item. In the case an item is lost or stolen, No replacement item will be shipped or refunded until
we receive insurance claim from the shipper.
5. We do not offer pick-up services of any kind. All items are shipped.
6. We will only ship to Paypal confirmed addresses. We will not ship to any PO-Box
7. Customer are responsible for shipping cost for returns and exchanges.
8. We cannot control customs charges and delays which may take up to 3 days depending on shipping service. We will not be responsible for any shipping delays once the item has
been shipped. Such delays include hoildays, custom delays, etc.

10. Items offered with free shipping are available only to the US 48 continental states and most provinces in Canada. States outside the US mainland and Canadian provinces in remote areas maybe subject to higher shipping costs

Return Policy

1. Any item to be returned must be done within 7 days of receiving the item
2. Refund will be given back via paypal once we have received the item.
3. Return or exchange items must be sent in the original packaging with all contents, Any missing contents will be subject to a penalty fee at our discretion.
4. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance. We are not responsible for any return item lost or stolen during shipping.
5. Buyer will provide us with invoice number of item to be returned / exchanged along with a shipping tracking number.
6. Any return item found not to be defective is subject to a 25% restocking charge on cost of item.

Warranty

1. Warranty on all items are strictly followed by the manufacturer. No exceptions to this rule will be applied under any circumstance.
