Flaming River offers power steering for modern driving comfort, especially when parking.

Flaming River 1965-70 Mustang V8 rack & pinion conversion kit. (Not for 6 cylinder)

The cradle mounts in the original chassis location with no chassis modification and the center support does not have to be removed.

Kit includes a new tilt steering column with universal joints, shafting, support bearing, billet aluminum reservoir, power rack & pinion and mounting cradle.

Kit also includes all Grade 8 mounting hardware and a variable pressure pump for true steering driving performance.

  • Polished Tilt Column
  • Mounting Hardware
  • Wiring Connector
  • Universal Joints
  • Patented Rack & Pinion cradle System
  • Power Steering Pump with Billet Bracket and Pulley
  • Polished Aluminum Mounting Reservoir (Hoses sold separately)

(Rack and Cradle are not plated or polished with any kit)

This kit is also available with a polished tilt column and a column shift column (1965-66 V6 only).
