Condition:

• This trolling motor is in good condition with only a few scratches near the prop from general use.
• It works great and the only thing wrong is the plastic button for Forward & Reverse is missing. But, the actual metal switch inside the throttle still allows you to toggle between forward & reverse. (See Photos)
  
• It is ready to use, just hook it up to a 12v battery.

This item is “USED” and sold in the condition as shown in the photographs and as described above.

Tax:
All in state residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process. The winning bidder can pay using the checkout button, or wait to receive an automated e-mail invoice shortly after the auction ends with totals and payment instructions. Prompt Payment:
Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Shipping:

Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use first-quality materials to pack items with care.

OUR PREFERRED SHIPPING CARRIERS:

We typically ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail unless the item is bulky and heavy which we will ship via FedEx or DHL.

We DO NOT require insurance on most items accept with a winning bids over $100. Insurance will be required on pottery, glass, china and most electronic items. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250. There will be no exceptions.

Merchandise will ship 3 - 5 business days after payment is confirmed. 

International Shipping:

International bidders are welcome to bid on our auctions if we ship to that country as stated at the top of the auction. To ensure a safe and pleasant transaction, we have the following policies in place.

• We will fill out the customs forms with a correct item description, accurate price and listed as EBAY MERCHANDISE.
• We cannot label the item as GIFT or undervalue the item.
• You are responsible for any tariffs, duties or taxes imposed.
• We ship via USPS Priority International only. 
• We cannot accept returns for any reason on international transactions. 

Returns:

Your satisfaction is important to us. Sell It-OC strives to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence! Therefore, we only accept returns if the item was DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, DEAD ON ARRIVAL, THE WRONG ITEM, or incorrectly described BEYOND A RESONABLE DOUBT in the auction. (For example: the item was described as "Excellent Condition" and it arrived cracked and falling apart. This is something I would take back!)
