• Local pickup for any item is available at no additional charge.
• Buyer may request to arrange own shipping. Packaging and handling charges may apply.
• Shipping to PR, AK, HI, PO boxes, APO address, and any shipments outside of the continental US is available on some parts at an additional charge. Please contact us for more information on non Con-US shipping.
• We are able to ship outside of the Continental U.S. with a few exceptions. All Pro Used Auto Parts is not responsible for any duties or customs charges, and only guarantees port to port shipping. Contact us for details.
•  We use UPS ground for most CON-US shipments. Tracking information will be emailed once the shipment has reached the closest hub.
• We are UPS hazmat certified. If buying an air bag/battery from us, Your package will be handled properly. air bags are classified hazmat for their explosive nature. It is illegal to send and receive hazmat that has not been properly handled. All hazmat ships here with all necessary paper work in certified hazmat packaging. The cost of hazmat shipping and handling is expensive. The shipping you pay on these items is what it costs us to properly ship and handle them.

Payment

We accept the payment forms listed below. Payment is expected within 7 days of auction end. At the end of the 7 day period your item will automatically be relisted for sale. An ebay item dispute will be opened and you will no longer be able to access the check out for this item. At All Pro Used Auto Parts' discretion we may make exceptions to this rule.
• Paypal - Our preferred method of payment. For any discrepancies in price we can send you a money  request through Paypal.
• Credit Cards - We accept Visa, Master Card, or Discover over the phone. Credit cards can also be used with paypal checkout without having a paypal account.
• Cash - We accept cash in person. Regular pick up hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm. Feel free to contact us to schedule a pick up 24/7.

• Wire Transfers - We DO NOT  accept wire transfers. Beware of hackers asking for this form of payment.

Warranty- 6 Month $ Money $ Back
     All parts are guaranteed for 6 months under normal use. Our warranty cover you if the part fails in service on your vehicle. We do not cover labor fees, unless additional labor warranty is purchased with part. Please contact us for more information on extended and labor warranties. Customer is liable for all UPS shipping charges. Freight shipping on freight items such as engines and transmissions are dealt with on a case by case basis if the item falls under a warranty claim. Freight charges are not refunded on items being returned for reasons other than what is outlined in our warranty terms. We have been an auto recycler for over 15 years bringing the best customer service the industry has to offer. If for any reason there is a problem with a part, you are covered by us. We are always willing to work with you to make sure your experience with us and ebay is a positive one.
Returns- 30 Day Return Policy
     You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a refund. This policy is for items that fall outside of our warranty terms. Our warranty covers you if the part fails on your vehicle. Any items being returned for any other reason must be done within 30 days for receipt. Any parts sent that are wrong or damaged also fall under our 30 day return policy. Items damaged during shipping and not noted on the receipt will not be covered by our warranty or return policy. Be sure to inspect all packages and/or freight for damage prior to accepting receipt. All Pro Used Auto Parts will be liable for return shipping if we are at fault for sending wrong or damaged part. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. We ask that you please contact us before returning anything back to us.

     As a seller we have no choice but to leave positive feedback. Please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback. We're more than willing to work with you to solve any problem you may have. Unreasonable demands i.e. keeping part and receiving full refund, or inadequate payment for non standard shipping will be ignored, and you will be blocked from further purchases.

Sales

At All Pro, our eBay sales staff is here for you. Your main point of contact here at All Pro is Coleman. Coleman has been working in the parts business for 5 years, and his customer satisfaction is second to none. If at any time you need a part, Coleman is the guy to ask. Here at All Pro we take pride in standing behind everything we do. 


Inventory

All Vehicles receive their own stock number when they arrive. Our trained inventory staff look over each vehicle and inventory the useable parts. We'll then look over the car to make sure everything we're selling is in good working condition. The car will be run tested at this time and if possible, we'll also drive it.

From here the car will be stored on our 18 acre concrete lot. The car will remain here until its time for it to be dismantled.

 
Garage

When a cars ready to be processed, one of our skilled mechanics will bring it into the garage. All fluids will be drained and recycled properly. We'll remove inventoried parts from the car at this time. Parts that are not sold will be tagged and stored in our 50,000 square foot warehouse. The engine will be run and checked while it’s in the vehicle; we also verify that the transmission is in proper order. From there we pull the power train and remove all the bolt on accessories separate the engine and transmission and tag all parts to be stored inside our warehouse.

Our shipping department is our last point of quality control. We know you need the part you ordered to be there on time and in excellent shape. Our shipping staff are the ones that help us accomplish this. Every part is inspected and packaged with care. Our shipping department handles all problems with the customer in mind.
