What type of material is used for Razzi Ground Effects Packages?

All Razzi Ground Effects parts are manufactured using primer gray colored AERO-FLEX, Razzis own specially formulated proprietary ABS composite plastic material. These are not fiberglass parts These are not urethane parts!

ABS. What is ABS Plastic?

Acrylinitrile Butadiene Styrene, or ABS, is a blend of chemicals which make the special Razzi kind of plastic. There are many different "grades" of ABS type plastic. Razzi uses the very best grades, which are then blended together, using Razzi's secret formula to make AERO-FLEX. This is the very best material available for the manufacturing of Ground Effects type products. AERO-FLEX is proprietary to Razzi and is a registered trademark owned by Razzi Corporation.

How much will a Razzi Ground Effects Package lower my vehicle?

Razzi develops the "body restyling packages" to enhance the vehicle designs. The Razzi design gives an "optical illusion" that the restyled vehicle has been lowered. Actually, most Razzi Ground Effects Packages change the ground clearance by one (1) inch, or less.

Are Razzi Front and Rear Air Dams "Bumper Replacements?

No, they are not. Razzi Front and Rear Air Dams attach onto the existing stock-factory bumper cover/fascia.

How will the Razzi Ground Effects Packages mount to my car or truck?

All Razzi Ground Effects Packages come with mounting hardware and instructions. A typical mounting hardware package includes all necessary indicated screws and a tube of adhesive caulk. Most packages include double sided tape which is used to hold the parts on the vehicle while the adhesive caulk cures (it takes 24 hours to cure properly).

Can I install a Razzi Ground Effects Package myself?

Yes, but Razzi suggests that two (2) people work together to install a Ground Effects package.

What is the Razzi Ground Effects warranty?

Razzi's famous "No B.S." Limited Lifetime Warranty is very simple and straight forward. azzi will replace any Razziund Effects Package (or any component part of a Package) or Rear Deck Wing Spoiler that, in Razzi's opinion, has a material or manufacturing defect regardless of whether it is painted or not painted; whether it is installed or it is still in the box.

This warranty does not cover: Abuse, Collision, Mismatched or Substandard painting, Off-Road use or "Racing", Neglect, or parts that have been altered and/or improperly installed or any consequential costs. Warranty does not cover the cost of paint.

Due to the size of this item it must ship via common carrier (18 wheeler). Free shipping offer applies to item delivering to a commercial (business) address only. If you do not have a business address we will gladly ship to your residence (home) for an additional $50. The freight company charges a higher price to delivery to a residence so we must collect the additional money.

Standard delivery time for this kit is 14-21 business days (roughly 3 weeks). Freight items take much longer in transit and as a result they take much longer to arrive. All freight item are insured when shipped out. It is the BUYERS responsability to open and inspect the item at time of delivery. Damage must be noted on the BOL at time of delivery. We can not file a claim or replace the hood if it is signed for as free and clear.

We allow return on items up to 7 days after they have been received. We do not accept returns on used, installed, painted or modified parts. Buyer is responsible for all cost associated with returning a product. All returns required a valid RA# which can be obtained by contacting us at 1-877-667-7407. Parts must be received back in sellable condition. Any part received back that can not be resold will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense and no credit or replacement will be issued.  

All parts are carefully inspected prior to shipping out. We do our best to package all parts well but damaged can occur from time to time. Please report all damages to 1-877-667-7407 within 24hrs of receipt of the part. We will assist you in initiating a damage claim with the shipping company (UPS, Fedex, US Mail) and once the claim is paid we will ship a replacement part.
