Returns for refund: 
1 - Refund only for BRAND NEW ITEMS. Brand new items can be returned for refund within the first 7 days. 
2 - The return items must be READY-TO-SELL condition, never used or installed. 
3 - Buyer is responsible for all returning shipping costs and custom duty fees which associated with the returns. 
4 - A minimum 20% Re-Stocking fee will be charged. Original shipping cost is NOT refundable. 
5 - The return package must have a valid RA#. Buyer needs to contact us first to get this Return Authorization Number (RA#). 

Returns for exchange:
1 - We offer 60 days warranty against warping or cracking for the rotors from the date of purchases. 
2 - Buyer needs to ship back the defects parts with original installation receipt for the replacement.
3 - Buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and custom duty fees which are associated with the returns and exchanges.
4 - The return package must have a valid RA#. Buyer needs to contact us first to get this Return Authorization Number (RA#).

WARNING: The brake parts are a safety critical part of a motor vehicle. ALL brake parts should be installed by a licensed mechanic in a professional manner. Any incorrect or faulty installation may cause a major safety problem or damage the brakes. You should NOT attempt to install these parts if you are not a licensed or qualified mechanic. Please take the vehicle to a dealer or auto shop or competent automotive mechanic for the installation.

Defects on arrival must be reported to us within 5 days after the date of received.
