Shipping:  All items will ship between 1-5 days depending on item.  Due to the fact that we have a retail store and may sell an item off the shelf, some items may have to come from our vendors. We guarentee shipping within the 5 day period.  If an item becomes unable, we will notify you immediately.  We will combine shipping on all multiple item sales so please wait for an invoice when purchasing items and we will discount you based on the items purchased and the total shipping charges.  We do not have big "handling" charges so we don't always charge additional for additional items.... depending on the item.

Refunds:  All items may be returned within 7 days for refund as long as item remains unopened and/or tags in place.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless item is not as described in the ad, mis-represented or defective.  Any returned item that had free shipping will be refunded minus the shipping costs to send the item originally.
